Getting Started with RowStat Lite

Downloading Rowstat Lite from Google Play

You MUST have a Google account to download from Google Play. Google provides detailed online help to assist new Google Play users:
  1. Go to Google play for RowStat Lite, please click here.  (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hsp.rowstat&feature=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwyLDEsImNvbS5oc3Aucm93c3RhdCJd) or simply search for "RowStat Lite", after accessing Google Play, using your cell phone web browser.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, then click HELP, at the right bottom

  3. Read the Google Play help on Android Apps:  http://support.google.com/googleplay/?hl=en&authuser=0

  4. You should now be ready to download an App from Google Play, hopefully a copy of RowStat Lite.

Installing RowStat Lite

There are two simple methods to install RowStat on your Android cell phone. First your cell phone must be Android version 2.2 or higher.

The first method is to download a copy of the RowStat program either directly to your phone or to your PC. If your downloading directly to your phone go to “Unlocking RowStat”. This is the recommended method.

The second method is connect the USB-miniUSB cable from your computer (PC) to your phone. Note this cable is also used for charging the phone on many models, from an A/C Adapter or from a powered USB port.. This procedure is in your phone’s User Manual and allows you to load music and ringtones from your PC. Your phone will show up as a device in your list of disks, as a removable disk.  Either copy RowStat.apk or drag and drop to your cell phone.

Unlocking RowStat

The picture of the key entry screen on the left will not allow you to enter an ID and Password.  You must follow the instructions below!

When your copy of RowStat is installed on your phone, select the App RowStat and the popup on the left will display. You will need to obtain, an ID and Password, by completing a request form, The ID and Password are two 6 digit numbers and a unique pair are generated for each copy. RowStat will connect with our security server and verify the ID and Password. The ID and Password only work one-time, if you loss your phone or get a replacement contact us using the ID/Password Form or email us at info@rowstat.comand we will provide another key set.

We have our own copy and security service because Google has indicated they will "deprecate soon" their licensing service, for free Apps.
