Water/Air Ratio Help

Press Split to start timing a Split. Press Split again to stop timing a Split and to start timing the next Split. At the end of the last Split, Long Press Split to stop timing.

During a Split, press Mark when the oar enters the water and press Mark again when the oar leaves the water to record duration of the time the oar is in the water and display both the running average Stroke rate and the running average Water/Air ratio.

                                                                                                                       

To change the Average Base, the number of strokes used to compute the running averages, press Menu on the phone and choose Set Stroke Avg. Base.

Press Save at any time to save data to that point, otherwise data will be automatically saved when you

leave the screen.
